I was a complete ball of stress, running between two jobs, working 12-hour days in a salon, and in the evenings and weekends, I was beautifying ladies at the Opera. I literally had no life, no free time to even think, let alone hear my body screaming from overexertion. I was utterly burnt out!

My escape was the forest or the seaside, where I would go with my dogs, trying to reconnect with myself. Then came the day when I realized I didn’t want to continue like this anymore—I had no strength left, even though to others I seemed successful in my career. I wanted to reclaim time for myself, to regain my health and zest for life.

My intuition led me to an online business opportunity and this wonderful community, where I saw what I truly wanted and what resonated with me. The foundation of everything we are made of, the essentials without which daily life is unimaginable—health and inner peace. And the chance to take control of my own time. It was like a jolt to my brain, awakening me. I left both jobs, started working intensively on my mental plan, practicing rebirthing breathwork, and with the support of my group, Become a Change, I slowly found myself and my strength.
